Item refunds for hacked accounts!

I'm happy to announce that the item restore tool can finally be worked with!

Instead of using realmplayers like we originally intended, we have developed our own internal tool. This allows us to choose any point in time and view the items a player had at that point of time. Currently we are only restoring equipment, we will not restore any Trade Goods or Gold, in order to help prevent abuse of the system, and to not over saturate the economy if someone who carries a ton of goods gets hacked.


The following limitations apply:

• We will only restore items for ONE character per player. And we will only do this once. You yourself will have the choice of which character you want restored.
  
• Gold will not be restored. You will however recieve 10 gold to help you out. (So you can afford flight paths etc.)
  
• Only equippable items will be restored.
  
• No enchants or gems will be restored. Some expensive enchants like Mongoose might be restored if enough proof is provided.
  
• For now we will only be able to restore items while the player is online. In the future we might add support for offline players, but that would take additional time, and we finally wanted to start the restorations as soon as possible
  

Please be patient in these first days as we will have a big backlog of requests. It will take some time for us to work through.

Attempts to abuse the refund system will be punished by bans. We will check inventories/banks to make sure the item does not already exist on your character!
