* Items
- Ultrasafe transporter Gadgetzan was added into the trainer
- fixed some more Blacksmithing recipes that had wrong disenchanting requirements before (delete Itemcache)

* Dungeons
- Ancient Lichen are back in dungeons! (Only heroic difficulty for now, gonna be changed soon™

* Shadowmoonvalley
- fixed some NPCs AIs, Waypoints, Texts and general behaviour

* Karazhan
- added correct spells to NPC "Ethereal Spellfilcher"

* Gruul's lair
- Damage of High King Maulgar was adjusted by 5% (live on next restart)
- Damage of Gruul was adjusted by 10% (live on next restart)

* Maghteridons lair
- Damage of Maghteridon was adjusted by 10% (live on next restart)

Additional information: expect a bulk of core changes set to live probably on Friday. We need to test some more stuff on the fixes to ensure they don't cause crashes or any other instability.
